我渴慕進入靈裡的安息,
因為我存在於令我不安的處境,
我渴求被邀請進入那令我謙卑,
感恩, 讚美的空間和關係之中!
讓我去表達對主恩的愛慕!

獨處時, 方醒覺自己並不孤單,
他邀請我去 take a break,
提醒我是時候去卸下裝甲,
活現出真我!


Find rest, O my soul, in God alone;
my hope comes from Him.
He alone is my rock and my salvation;
